Suffering is energy appearing AS a pattern.

What you ARE has NEVER been in any suffering. The so-called suffering is energy appearing AS a pattern……. and all appearances appear in what you ARE. There is no knowing in the pattern. The pattern is known, it knows nothing. The eye does not see. The eye is an instrument of seeing.

Find out what is seeing.

‘People’ believe that there is higher functioning and lower functioning and they attribute these to the higher self and the lower self. These are labels put upon the pure functioning. The functioning of seeing-knowing is more subtle than space – it has no physical substance whatsoever.

One taste of this pure seeing – pure cognition resonates and appears AS re-cogntion. In one instant the re-cognition dissolves into its original ‘state’ which is pure cognition.

Everything is pure energy. It never changes in its essence although the expression changes constantly. BE that which is unchanging.

That is non dual reality.  You can only ever be that ‘one without a second’.  How could you possibly be anything other than that?

  1. Essence plays no favorites, an example we can appear to relate too —the body waste and the mind energies are equally full of it. The mind energy can only appear to get in and out of the way of this unchanging essence. Well thats more than enough mind shit commenting. Thanks Gilbert for directly pointing to the unchanging non dual reality.

  2. That Which Is Like Unto Itself Is Drawn… Everything that you perceive here in your physical environment is Vibration, and the life you are living is your Vibrational interpretation.
The powerful Law of Attraction is at the root of everything that you experience; and the stable, never-changing, always-accurate premise of this Law is: that which is like unto itself, is drawn.
When you give thought to something, you begin the attraction process of the essence of that subject into your own life experience. Once you have activated a Thought Vibration within yourself by giving your attention to the subject, the progression of expansion occurs.

  3. I would like to say… Can I challenge someone to tell me where this powerful Law of Attraction originated? I have always found it to be nothing but trouble and a path BACK to suffering. And ‘suffering’ starts the search all over again. Thank you.

  4. “Paradoxical though it may seem: There is a path to walk on, there is walking being done, but there is no traveler. There are deeds being done, but there is no doer. There is blowing of the air, but there is no wind that does the blowing. The thought of self is an error and all existences are as hollow as the plantain tree and as empty as twirling water bubbles.

Therefore as there is no self, there is no transmigration of a self, but there are deeds and the continued effects of deeds.” Lankavatara Sutra
