Without A Reference Point.” Please send a note, or a separate email via the contact Gilbert link on this site, upon donation, indicating that you wish to receive the e-book. Once you receive the password, click on the book image to the left and download the PDF. Upon opening you will be asked for the password.

Note: If you do not have a Paypal account and are trying to donate, the payment screen will default to Australia. If you are somewhere outside of Australia, you will have to select the drop-down menu and pick your country. From there you can enter your name, credit card information, address and pertinent information on City/State, Province, etc. If you don’t drop this Country menu down first, you will be forced to enter an Australian State.
