The true essence, never born, never die

Who am I?

Who are you?

What am I?

What are you?  Who ‘can’ and who ‘can’t'?   Who ‘does’ what, to what?   Who is the ‘doer’ and what is the ‘done’ (deed)?

What is separate from what?

Where does this intelligence ‘come from’ if not from itself?

Awareness is self-aware.

Life energy is intelligence. Every cell of the body is an expression of life energy. The orchestration of all the cells of the body, the various systems of the body, all the layers of living tissues – all orchestrated like a symphony. Without the life energy, the cell, the body, is nothing but the elements. Life energy is ‘the music’ to which all matter dances. Stories about ‘I did this and I did that’ are all stories, no matter how grand or how subtle or gross they may appear to be. The description is never the described. Without that life-energy-intelligence, you could not even entertain a single fleeting dream or a thought. So be happy. Why not? What is the point of beating oneself up with stories? The only time there actually is, is this moment of conscious being.

This pure wakefulness is presence – conscious being. Whatever the mind translates this presence into…. can only ever be an annexe, an ‘add on’.

Before the notion of time and resting peacefully under all the minds description of me, me, me, and behind the apparent mask of integration with society, awareness is completely naked, invisible, untouched by apparent events or experiences.

It cannot be cognised because it is the cognising itself.

It is wordless, silent and it amounts to nothing other than what it is. Life energy, ever fresh, unadorned conscious being.

The true essence was never born and can never die.

If anyone offers to give you access to your true essence it is either a trick or it is genuine. Life is not a business contract. You did not have to sign any paperwork before you took your first breath. Whatever is added unto you, shall be taken away. Love is giving. The receiving aspect of love is the backwash of loving.
