Life force

The life force that appears as that body/mind pattern is not burdened by the pattern.

The life force does not depend on the pattern.

The pattern appears spontaneously and is only ever this livingness of this moment.

This has no past and no future. It is the immediacy of life itself.

 

As Nisargadatta says: “If you must worship something, worship Ishwara (the life force)” – (end of quote).

 

It is the only currency you have.

 

Respect the life force - it will bring tremendous relief and reveal many insights.

    All the functioning is happening spontaneously. The breathing, the digestion, the blood circulating. These natural functions work far more smoothly if the psychological burden called ‘me’ is out of the way.
