Seeing-Knowing

One does not need high flying philosophical ideas to realize one’s true nature. We don’t need to twist ourselves into grossly absurd expressions like “Sitting in a chair is happening”. Ordinary language is all we need. “Anger is arising” is another grossly overused catch phrase. It is pathetic how the simplicity of direct pointing is turned into a Club Psychology with all this Non Dual Jargon that is sprouted over and over, like a parrot talking. You do not have to dress in any particular way or speak in any particular way. The Non Duality Scene seems to be packed with so many pretenders, including gurus and teachers.  How could anyone find their way through and out of the maze?

I cannot listen to the usual guff that is served up by the popular gurus and teachers.  That is why we created the Urban Guru Cafe.  To present a range of speakers who are not trying to trick the seeker into more beliefs.  Nothing is asked of the listener – just follow what is being pointed out and see if it is true – for yourself.

The usual ‘teachers and seekers’ are obviously full of suppressed frustration and self-calming bullshit. It is truly amazing how some folks can go on and on with that bullshit for decades and not see through it. The investment in the belief that ‘I have made considerable progress – and I am almost there’ must surely wear thin and crumble at some point.
